Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) public offering of class A common stock.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that primarily originates and purchases senior mortgage loans collateralized by properties in the United States and Europe, sold a total of 9,200,000 shares of class A common stock (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) and raised gross proceeds of approximately $255 million.
