Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent and co-collateral agent, and RBC Capital Markets, as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, in a $450 million ABL facility to finance private equity fund Lindsay Goldberg LLCs joint venture with NuStar Logistics, L.P., a subsidiary of NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS). The joint venture owns and operates refineries located in Paulsboro, New Jersey and Savannah, Georgia, at which it refines crude oil to produce asphalt and certain other refined petroleum products, and engages in the storage, terminaling, transportation and sale of such products.
