Paris - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised the shareholders of the Circet group (CM-CIC Investissement, Omnes Capital and the management team led by Philippe Lamazou) in connection with the LBO of the group structured by Advent International alongside the management team and Omnes Capital as minority co-investors.
With revenues of c.€750m in 2017 and more than 3,000 staff nationwide, Circet group is the leading provider of services relating to telecoms infrastructures for telecoms operators in France. In recent years, the Circet group has experienced a steady growth, leveraging on the favorable trends and on the consolidation of the market of telecom services providers. Beyond a strong organic growth, the Circet group has during the last three years completed several strategic acquisitions and can now envisage the next phase of its development at the international level.
