Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates and purchases senior loans collateralized by commercial properties in North America and Europe, sold a total of 11,500,000 shares of class A common stock (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) and raised gross proceeds of approximately $338 million.
