Amit's practice is focused on private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and counseling boards and senior management on strategic business, corporate governance, financial, and transactional matters. Amit was formerly a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Paul's practice is centered on private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, venture capital and related financings, and distressed acquisitions and investments. Paul was formerly a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP where he was the chair of that firms Chicago corporate practice.
Richard's practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and executive compensation and equity arrangements, including counseling boards of directors and senior management on such matters. Richard was formerly a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Brian focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He advises private equity funds in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, as well as represents companies in their mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and general legal needs. Brian was formerly a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP where he was co-chair of the private equity practice.
Chris focuses on middle market private equity transactions and other mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations, and exit transactions in a wide range of industries. Chris was formerly a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
Kim focuses on corporate matters. She counsels private equity firms, business owners, and strategic investors in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Kim was formerly a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
Jim concentrates on federal tax issues related to private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, real estate investments, and management compensations.
