Paul Hastings Represents KeyBank in Rex Energy Corporation $500 Million Financing

Houston, Texas - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented KeyBank National Association as administrative agent and as a joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner in connection with a $300 million senior secured amended and restated credit agreement with an available accordion of $200 million for Rex Energy Corporation, a publicly-traded company that specializes in the acquisition, development and exploration of conventional and unconventional oil and natural gas liquids.

Finance partner Paris Theofanidis led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate R. Cramer Miller.
