London (March 9, 2010)- Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Sherborne Investors on the capital raise and listing of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited on AIM. The transaction is valued at £105 million.

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited is a limited partner in SIGA, LP, a Guernsey domiciled limited partnership. SIGA, LP has been set up as an investment vehicle with an investment policy to invest in a company which is publicly quoted on a UK stock exchange, which it considers to be undervalued as a result of operational deficiencies and which it believes can be rectified by Sherborne Investors active involvement.
Under the terms of the transaction, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited will issue 105 million shares at £1 each. RBS Hoare Govett Limited acted as nominated adviser, bookrunner and broker.
