New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Novacap TMT, a leading Montreal-based international private equity firm with approximately $2.3 billion of assets under management, in connection with the completion of its acquisition of Horizon Telcom, an Ohio-based Midwest region provider of fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services, and related equity co-investment by HarbourVest, RCP and Hamilton Lane as well as debt financing provided by a lending group led by Antares Capital.
Horizon Telcom provides telecommunications services to Southern Ohio.
