The offering involved the issuance of US$1 billion of 4.125% Senior Notes due 2026 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The offering was the first benchmark sized issuance by a Mexican corporate in 2016. The underwriters involved were BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, MUFG and Rabo Securities.
