Paul Hastings Wins Significant Italian Real Estate Award

Milan, Italy (7 July 2011) -- Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the Milan office was awarded the Premio Internazionale Le Fonti for Real Estate Firm of the Year.

Among the reasons given for the award were client service excellence and the firm's current involvement in some of the largest and most prominent real estate M&A transactions in the Italian market. These include the divestment by a major Italian bank of a real estate portfolio valued at approximately € 500 million and the sale of a listed building in Milan valued at approximately € 200 million by a fund management company part of a leading international investment group.
