Paul Hastings Expands Washington, D.C. Office With Addition of M&A Partner Eric Greenberg

Washington, D.C. (March 14, 2011) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Eric Dodson Greenberg has joined the firm as a partner in the M&A practice. He will be resident in both the Washington, D.C. and New York offices.

Mr. Greenberg, previously a partner with Covington & Burling LLP, focuses his practice in the media, broadcasting, and communications sectors. He has advised on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, new venture formations, venture capital and private equity financings, joint ventures, and licensing transactions. Mr. Greenberg also advises major television station groups and other media and telecom operators, as well as investors and lenders, on regulatory matters involving transactions subject to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) oversight. Chambers USA has named Mr. Greenberg one of the leading Washington lawyers in the telecom, broadcast and satellite regulatory area, and Legal 500 U.S. has identified him as among the leading lawyers for telecommunications transactions.
