Paul Hastings Advises Chanjet Information Technology on its H-share Listing

Hong Kong/Beijing (June 26, 2014) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (“Chanjet Information Technology”) on its US$116.2 million global offering and listing of its H-shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Guotai Junan Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited acted as the sole global coordinator, sole bookrunner and sole lead manager.
