Paul Hastings Advises Sipartech on its Second Capital Raising Round for EUR 10 Million

Paul Hastings LLP, a global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Sipartech in connection with its second capital-raising round for €10 million from the capital investment firm NJJ Capital, managed by Xavier Niel (Managing Director of iliad-Free), and Ciclad.

Since being formed in 2008, Sipartech, black fibre operator, has installed a fiber network of more than 500 kms. of fiber in Paris and in the greater Paris area, for use by companies, operators, and various economic entities.
