Pfingsten Sells Des-Case to Industrial Growth Partners

Chicago, IL – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Pfingsten Partners, LLC in the sale of the parent company of Des-Case Corporation to Industrial Growth Partners.

Des-Case, headquartered in Goodlettsville, TN, is a leading provider of contamination control products and services for industrial lubricants. Its breathers, specialty filtration products, custom fluid handling equipment and consulting and educational services have helped companies around the world improve their equipment reliability by reducing equipment maintenance costs and downtime.

With the assistance of Paul Hastings, Des-Case completed two strategic acquisitions during Pfingsten's ownership period, diversifying the company's product line and expanding its global reach.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Brian Richards and Chris Sheaffer, and included Jim Smulkowski and Brian Singer.

Earlier this year, Paul Hastings represented Pfingsten in its acquisition of Kith Kitchens, a manufacturer of semi-custom framed and frameless kitchen and bath cabinetry under the Kith and Eudora brand names, and Oliver Printing Co, LLC, a manufacturer of value-added marketing collateral, packaging and POP displays.
