These successes include a complete victory on a $2 billion jury trial for Wyeth (acquired by Pfizer in 2009) and Altana Pharma AG, regarding the companies ulcer drug Protonix®, and a precedent setting appellate win for client Boehringer Ingelheim over its critically significant Parkinsons disease drug Mirapex®.
