NEW YORK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Credit Suisse, Citigroup and UBS as joint bookrunners, with Credit Suisse as global coordinator in connection with the international issuance of high-yield debt securities by Unifin Financiera, S.A.B. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R., a leading company in the Mexican retail and finance sectors. The offering involved the issuance of $400 million of 7.25% Senior Notes due 2023 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The offering is part of a liability management exercise that also involves a tender offer for up to $366.6 million of outstanding bonds.
