Paul Hastings Advises SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in RCN Acquisition

Atlanta, GA (August 26, 2010) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, the full-service corporate and investment banking arm of SunTrust Banks, Inc., in its role as advisor to ABRY Partners in the sale of RCN Corporation to an investment fund managed by ABRY.

The transaction closed on August 26, 2010. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as exclusive financial advisor for ABRY and as left lead joint bookrunner and administrative agent for the debt financing.
