Paul Hastings Advises Nobels Worldwide in Sale

Orange County, CA-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Nobels Worldwide, Inc., a pre-eminent brand and a global market leader in providing flex chutes that are used in a variety of air, naval and ground military applications owned by Inverness Graham Investments, in its sale to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and its management.

Financial terms were undisclosed.

Private Equity partner William Simpson led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates John Kang and Sam Ghaffarzadeh.
