Paul Hastings Advises Constellation Energy in Winning Bid to Acquire Gas Plant in Alabama
New York, NY (February 07, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm advised Constellation Energy in its winning bid to acquire Calpine Corporations Hillabee Energy Center, a partially completed gas-fired power project near Alexander City, Alabama. The transaction is valued at approximately $155 million.
