Paul Hastings Strengthens Intellectual Property Practice with Addition of James Coughlan to Chicago Office
Chicago (April 2, 2007) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce today that James Coughlan, previously at Kirkland & Ellis, has joined the firm's intellectual property practice, as of counsel, resident in the firm's new Chicago office. Mr. Coughlan's practice focuses on patent litigation and client counseling with a concentration on litigation before the International Trade Commission (ITC).

He was a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and a senior staff attorney with the ITC.
