New York – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented ODX, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Enova International, Inc, and a leading provider of financial technology services, in its joint venture investment with Fundation Group, LLC.

The combined company will be named Linear Financial Technologies and will be the market leader in AI-based SaaS small business lending solutions, digital account origination technology and insights for financial institutions, B2B vendors and SMB service providers.
