Gray specializes in work with banks, non-bank financial institutions, and other companies providing financial products and services. She works with many of the largest bank and non-bank financial institutions, emerging companies such as fintechs and retailers whose business operations include consumer and small business finance. She focuses a substantial portion of her practice on representations involving escalated government examination matters, investigations, and enforcement. In this capacity, she routinely provides strategic advice to senior corporate leaders, including Boards of Directors, as they navigate complex, and often unexpected, business and legal challenges. She is the former Chair of the American Bar Association's Banking Law Committee and now a member of the ABA's Business Law Section Council.

Profaizer maintains a litigation and arbitration practice that focuses exclusively on complex international disputes. He represents public and private corporations as well as foreign sovereigns and their instrumentalities in a wide range of complex, multi-jurisdictional, cross-border disputes, including commercial, construction, energy, e-commerce, hotel/hospitality, insurance, intellectual property, investment, joint venture, licensing, media, pharmaceutical, private equity, securities, and technology disputes. He also sits as arbitrator.

Joachim’s practice focuses on advising private equity, growth capital and venture capital investors, public and emerging companies, and entrepreneurs in complex financial and strategic transactions in the technology sector. His work highlights the convergence of the technology sector with the broader economy, and bridges cultural deal-making approaches within and outside of Silicon Valley. He represents many of the largest banks and financial institutions in connection with consortia, singular investment, M&A, and financing matters. He also represents fintech companies throughout all stages of their life-cycle, including emerging companies partnering with banks and other financial institutions.
