International Telecommunications Expert Tara Giunta Joins Firm

Ms. Giunta has a long track record of experience on telecom and technology transactions internationally, including in key markets such as China, India, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked on transactional and regulatory/compliance issues, including internal investigations, matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), technology transfer and export compliance, and compliance with other federal programs, such as the Federal Communications Commission's "e-rate" program. She advises on market penetration, regulatory compliance and implementation issues facing telecom and technology clients moving into new markets. Ms. Giunta is also involved in client matters relating to EU competition, data protection and regulatory oversight by international and domestic governmental agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission.
