Kratos Defense Completes Sale of its Public Safety & Security System Integration Business

San Diego – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: 

), a leading National Security Solutions provider, in the completion of Kratos’ sale of its Public Safety & Security System Integration Business to Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. At the transaction close, Kratos received $70.7 million in cash, subject to a working cash adjustment. The firm also advised on CFIUS approvals related to the transaction.
