Michael Fitzgerald Receives Outstanding Achievement Award by International Financial Law Review

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, was recognized by International Financial Law Review at the 2017 IFLR Americas Awards, held on May 19 in New York.

received the Outstanding Achievement Award for his work in and commitment to advancing Latin America’s capital markets over the past few decades. The Firm also took home Structured Finance and Securitization Deal of the Year honors for the work on the Mexico City airport $2 billion green bond deal. The Firm was also shortlisted for High-Yield Deal of the Year, High-Yield Team of the Year and Structured Finance and Securitization Team of the Year.

These awards mark the latest accolades for Paul Hastings’ Latin America practice. The practice was also recognized by LatinFinance for Syndicated Loan of the Year and Structured Financing of the Year for their work on deals related to the New International Airport of Mexico City project, and seven Paul Hastings attorneys – more than any other firm – were recognized among Latin America's Top 100 Lawyers by Latinvex, a leading Latin America business publication.
