Naveen Modi Named Outstanding IP Litigator of the Year in PTAB

Washington, D.C. – Naveen Modi was named Outstanding IP Litigator of the Year – PTAB at Managing IP's 2016 North America Awards, which took place in Washington, D.C. on March 17, 2016. Additionally, Paul Hastings was shortlisted in the US Life Sciences IP Litigation Firm of the Year, Patent Contentious Northeast Firm of the Year, and PTAB Firm of the Year categories.

A testament to the growth of the firm’s 

practice, Paul Hastings has been involved in more post-grant proceedings than any general practice firm in 2015, according to data obtained from Lex Machina. Moreover, the firm ranked in the top five overall for representations of petitioners and top three in representations of patent owners. Naveen ranked first overall in individual filings.
