Paul Hastings Advises Barclays Capital in Follow-on Public Offering by Winthrop Realty Trust

New York, NY (April 12, 2011) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Barclays Capital Inc. as an underwriter in real estate investment trust Winthrop Realty Trusts follow-on public offering of 5,750,000 of its common shares of beneficial interest priced at $11.25 per share.
