Paul Hastings Advises Barclays in Mattress Firm Secondary Offering

Funds associated with J.W. Childs Associates, L.P. and certain directors and members of management of Mattress Firm or affiliates thereof sold an aggregate of 2,512,899 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $155 million in the offering.
