Paul Hastings Advises Cequel Data Centers In Acquisition of Perimeter Technology

New York, NY (November 2, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Cequel Data Centers, a data center operating company managed by an affiliate of Cequel III and owned by Cequel III and a consortium of private equity firms, in acquiring Perimeter Technology, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based data center owner and operator.

The purchase price is undisclosed. Paul Hastings also advised Cequel Data Centers in arranging financing for the acquisition.
