Paul Hastings Advises GE Healthcare in Sale of GE Healthcare Strategic Sourcing to The Gores Group

Chicago, IL- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented GE Healthcare, a unit of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), in connection with the sale of GE Healthcare Strategic Sourcing, a leading provider of electronic billing and electronic medical records outsourcing solutions to the healthcare industry, to The Gores Group, a leading Los Angeles-based investment firm.

Terms of the transaction, which was led by The Gores Small Capitalization Partners, were not disclosed.
