New York, NY- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented the purchaser of the Beekman Tower Hotel, located at 3 Mitchell Place, New York, New York, and the related financing for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Beekman Tower Hotel, and also represented Fisher Brothers in the negotiation of the partnership agreement with Silverstein Properties Inc. and Capstone Equities.
