Paul Hastings Advises Pfingsten Partners in Acquisition of Arrowhead Electrical

(November 2, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C., a Chicago-based private equity firm, in acquiring Arrowhead Electrical Products, Inc., a global distributor of aftermarket alternators, motors and other rotating electrical products and components for the mobile equipment marketplace.

The amount of the transaction was undisclosed.
