Paul Hastings Advises Primary Wave in Debt Refinancing

New York, NY (September 29, 2010) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Primary Wave Music Publishing LLC, one of the largest music publishing, marketing and artist management firms in the United States, in a recapitalization to provide funds for catalog acquisitions.

The financing, which closed on September 28, 2010, consists of $40 million in new debt and equity and an expanded credit line of $100 million with Credit Suisse Group AG and SunTrust Banks Inc.
