Paul Hastings Advises SRS Labs, Inc. in its $148M Sale To DTS, Inc.

San Diego, CA (April 17, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing SRS Labs, Inc., a provider of best-in-class audio processing and enhancement technologies, in its $148 million acquisition by DTS, Inc., a leader in high-definition audio.

Under the agreement, DTS Inc. will acquire all the outstanding shares of SRS Labs, Inc. in a cash-and-stock transaction. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory and stockholder approval. More details about the terms of the acquisition can be found on SRS Labs, Inc's website.
