Paul Hastings Advises Syclo in its Acquisition by SAP AG

Chicago, IL Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Syclo, an enterprise mobile app provider, in its acquisition by SAP AG., a market leader in enterprise application software.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
