Paul Hastings Continues Growth of European Corporate Practice with Addition of Prominent Finance and Capital Markets Partner in London

Mr. Hamilton focuses his practice on securitizations and structured finance. The majority of his work has a cross-border element-primarily involving the U.S., Germany, France and Spain. He advises financial institutions as arrangers of securitizations and structured finance transactions, primarily auto loan and consumer finance securitizations, as well as representing sponsors and managers of structured finance operating companies. Mr. Hamilton also advises asset managers and hedge funds on portfolio acquisitions and disposals, debt funds, asset restructurings/workouts and structured products. He is a solicitor in England & Wales, and speaks German and French fluently.
