Paul Hastings Named European Legal Team of the Year at the 2013 British Legal Awards

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global firm, was named European Legal Team of the Year at the 2013 British Legal Awards, held in London on Thursday 28 November. The awards, run by Legal Week magazine, were judged by an independent jury of senior in-house counsel, private practice partners, government officials, regulators and legal consultants.

In Paris, on the same night, at the 2013 Trophées du Droit Leaders League (Décideurs) ceremony, the Paris office received the Gold Award (Trophée d’Or) for ‘Best Law Firm of the Year’ in the category “M&A: mid to large cap”. The firm won this award for advising on complex private equity transactions and for developing a corporate department led by some of the most talented partners of their generation.
