Nearly 17,000 associates completed Vault’s survey, which evaluated the quality of life at law firms in more than a dozen categories, including satisfaction, hours, compensation, and substantive work. The firm was also ranked among the top 10 firms in several other categories. This year’s top ranking as the “Overall Best Firm to Work For” marks a substantial improvement from last year, when the firm was ranked ninth.
