The move underscores the firms growing presence in the Frankfurt market and its growing presence throughout Europe.

Paul Hastings recently expanded its European presence with the opening of the Frankfurt office and its combination with leading German law firm Smeets Haas Wolff. Frankfurt marks the firms fifth European office and is comprised of 25 lawyers who advise clients on complex issues related to banking and finance, project and asset finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, real estate, and tax.
