Paul Hastings Represents Banks in Financing the Acquisition of ValleyCrest by Brickman Group
New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Jefferies Finance LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Nomura Securities International, Inc. as lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the financing for the acquisition of landscaping company ValleyCrest Holding Co. by KKR-backed landscaping company The Brickman Group Ltd.
The financing consisted of a $825 million incremental add-on, consisting of a $725 million first lien term loan facility and a $100 million revolving loan facility.
