Paul Hastings Represents Filtration Group In Acquisition of Universal Air Filter

Chicago, IL (March 5, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Filtration Group, a global filtration solutions provider which is an affiliate of Chicago-based Madison Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Universal Air Filter, a customer-driven filtration manufacturer.

The terms of the deal are undisclosed.
