Paul Hastings Represents Lucchini in 2011's Largest Italian Restructuring Deal

Milan, Italy -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Lucchini in the €1 billion restructuring of the company, a steel producer owned by the Russian group Severstal and Alexei Mordashov. The transaction was the largest restructuring in Italy in 2011 and has been implemented through a pre-insolvency court procedure under the Italian bankruptcy act.
