New York, NY (April 17, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented RBC Capital Markets, as lead arranger and joint bookrunner, and BMO Capital Markets, as joint book runner and syndication agent, in connection with the financing for leading nutritional supplement company Schiff International Inc.s $150 million acquisition of Airborne, Inc., a leading provider of immune support products.

The financing consisted of a $150 million senior secured term loan facility and a $50 million senior secured revolving credit facility.
