Société Générale Subsidiary Franfinance Acquires ITL

Paris - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the it is advising Franfinance, a subsidiary of Société Générale, in connection with the acquisition of ITL, an equipment leasing specialist in the health, environmental and industrial sectors, currently owned by Banque Française Mutualiste.

The Paul Hastings team for this transaction consists of partner Sébastien Crepy and associate Lorraine Dorval on the corporate and contractual aspects, partner Stéphane Henry and associate Alexandre Ruiz on the employment law aspects, and partner Pierre Kirch on the antitrust aspects.
