Teton Advisors Completes Acquisition of Keeley Asset Management

New York – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Teton Advisors, Inc. in the completion of Teton’s purchase of Keeley Asset Management Corp. The transaction closed on February 28, 2017, and the combined firms have US$3.8 billion assets under management.
