Paul Hastings Advises Digital Transformation Opportunities Corp. in Business Combination with the American Oncology Network
Paul Hastings LLP is advising Digital Transformation Opportunities Corp. (DTOC), a publicly traded SPAC, in its business combination with the American Oncology Network, a network of community-based oncology practices. The business combination is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
