Paul Hastings’ Compliance team was once again named as a “Practice Group of the Year” for the third time in four years and for the second year in a row.

The Law360 profile noted “Paul Hastings' compliance practice — which has grown significantly in recent years to 115 attorneys — handled some of the highest-profile compliance cases globally over the last year."

Specifically, Law360 referenced the firm's role in high-profile matters for ABB, Airbus, and TechnipFMC. Paul Hastings was recognized both for securing the resolutions in the first instance and also for assisting clients with post-resolution compliance enhancements. In addition, Law360 noted that in 2023, Paul Hastings was successful in obtaining multiple declinations for clients from U.S. authorities. Kwame Manley, the chair of Paul Hastings’ Litigation Department, was quoted as follows: "Our key added value is to have an approach that looks at internal investigations as one leg, compliance remediation as a second leg and then the third leg being government-facing coordination and white-collar defense.”
