David Revcolevschi is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Paris office. His practice focuses on French and international securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and more generally on the securities and corporate law and corporate governance issues faced by publicly listed companies.
Mr. Revcolevschi has extensive experience in equity and equity-linked securities offerings, representing issuers, underwriters, and shareholders. He has advised on more than 30 IPO projects and numerous other securities issuances with companies operating in the life science (biotechnology, medical device), technology, software, telecom, airlines, aerospace, real estate, leisure and entertainment, cosmetics, chemicals, utilities and financial sectors. Mr. Revcolevschi also represents issuers, directors, officers and employees in enforcement actions by the French securities regulator (AMF).
Mr. Revcolevschi draws on his French and international background and transaction experience to bridge differences between parties with different cultures on cross-border and international deals. He advises publicly listed and private companies on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and joint ventures in a wide range of industries and his experience includes cross-border transactions involving companies and shareholders in France, the United States, China, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, Italy, Spain, Ireland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, U.A.E and Morocco.
