Emily Erdman is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Erdman has represented employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations, including wage and hour, wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and claims brought under California's Private Attorneys General Act.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Erdman worked as a regional attorney for Region 32 of the National Labor Relations Board and as a Teach for America corps member.
Ms. Erdman earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, cum laude, in 2014. Ms. Erdman received her B.A. from the University of Oregon, magna cum laude, in 2009. She is admitted to practice law in California.
