Kefei Li is an attorney in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice includes cross-border merger and acquisitions, international strategic alliance and business divestitures, anti-corruption investigations, and compliance matters.

Ms. Li has represented multinational manufacturing companies and financial institutions in various international corporate transactions and anti-corruption investigations.

Ms. Li received her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in 2013. She earned a Masters of Laws degree from Keio University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nankai University in 2001.

Ms. Li is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia. She passed the Chinese bar in 2007, but does not hold a current practicing certificate. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, and English.
